The Urban Arts Festival is the largest free community art event in Utah. It is organized by Utah Arts Alliance. The festival draws over 40,000 in attendance annually and showcases hundreds of artists, performers, and musicians. It has received several awards including being named as the “Best New Festival in Utah” and the “Best Indie Art Event in Utah”!
In 2016 the festival will be held at the Gallivan Center in Downtown SLC. It is a two day celebration of Salt Lake’s urban and artistic culture for the community, art lovers, and families. The festival features artists, music, dance performance, automotive arts, projection art, virtual reality and new media arts, street basketball league, live street art and mural painting displays and much more.

Business owner Jed Beal has been practicing the art of barbering since 1999. After years of learning and mastering his craft, he took the next step in the world of barbering and opened up a shop of his own. Nicole Beal, Jed’s wife and co-owner, assists in the daily operations.
His vision was to create a classic shop with a modern feel. The result was Jed’s Barber Shop. Along with his skilled and talented crew, he has created a barber shop where everyone is welcomed and receive top notch service. The mission is “Great Cuts, Great Service, Great Fun”.
